This is the “classic” V-Flat size used by fashion and portrait photographers. It consists of two large, hinged panels that can stand independently in a “V” shape.
Full-Body Coverage: At over 7 feet tall, it is large enough to provide a clean white or black background for standing models or to bounce light evenly across an entire scene.
Independent Standing: The “V” shape creates its own base of support, requiring no stands or hardware to remain upright.
Negative Fill: Use the black side close to a model to add definition to the jawline or to stop light from bouncing around in a small white studio.
Portable Folding: Modern professional versions (like those from V-Flat World) fold down to a 40×40″ square for easier transport in a car or van.
